The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest food style like (tea infused food).

Dislikes

...ning for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. Wont get salary on time.. We use get once in two months that too for one month after completing two months or 55days.

Nothing, absolutely nothing. This place is a quick sand. They have no idea what they are doing and will always blame their failures on everyone else.

Dislikes

1. Aimlessness of the management 2. Management's ignorance towards reality and competition 3. Management's attitude towards employees and staff 4. Avoiding insights from the market and individuals 5. Encouraging sales team to lie and disorient customers into buying their franchise
