Work Is not fixed JD Change Every Week or Whatever,Not any proper shift or Sunday leave,no other benifits than appraisal and DET Treated Like Labour Here and Senior Engineer Are Worst Ever and speak lot of Gali & see Bad Words.They Use Bad Policy A lot to Defame Or Delist name in promotion,Promotion is Now almost Not Given To Any DET Or AE.Partiallity with Male Female is lot they Treat Female like Godess And Female have lot of attitude and behave like they always don't work and give their work to other. Manager Don't answer you properly. Also if you resign from here it's so much hard to find new job as when new company hear that your from TDSG they Denied To take Interview of yours.Food Is Worst We Found 5-6 Time Insects In Our Food.Work Is Maded So Much Long Process and Every One Make Their work With So Much Forms To Be filled and Then You can get your work done.people are not responsive.Do not join this company if you want then join only for salary. Do no expect anything else just work have salary and go home this is all.

Good culture, good take a skill level, good salary package learning new Japanese work lead and technology.

Salary scale was poor No slob based salary management Pure domination of Indian managers Great selfish management when it comes to the benefits (working hours, salaries & benefits) Totally selfish appraisal system by top management Surprisingly managers used to get top ratings every year despite team members got below average ratings You become enemy to HR&A team right after the resignation Completely disappointed the way HR&A team used to treat employees after resignation finally seems to be Japanese company but totally controlled and managed by Indian managers more to be mentioned about demerits......

Worst HR in this company.... don't recommend to join this company. This is the company where one employee is getting 5 lakh as a bonus and the other hand one got 6k. That much huge difference they have in there policy which is made by HR only. It is not reliable to each and every employee which is not good as a motivation point of view. Now you have clear idea what other than this i can write here.
