Not giving salary on time & hold the salary every month & if u left the position then they organization not doing your FnF on time & ... Even if we get salary then we have got salary from different company account and not from the account which name of company is written in the offer letter, according to me it is very bad for a un-professional and for further growth.

...and give his team flexibility to work and understand team's concerns and issues. They hire people to work for them as consultants and not full time employees by blocking their salary

...e is the God and can do anything he wants. He treats his employees like nothing. He just want results without caring about the well being of his employees and ruin their happiness by blocking their salary. There is no job security in this company, if you can perform every month and don't have the need for salary then you can definitely go there for timepass otherwise I would strictly advice please do not waste your time and energy in this organisation. MD is pathetic with no morals

I liked the professional attitude and the work place environment. The company also believed in their employees and gives time to time salaries & allowances...

I found that there was no more career growth in the company after reaching a certain level.
