...orking culture, Owner use to abuse.....feel like you are working in fish market. Salary delay not 4 to 5 months...it is 9 to 11 months too. still staff working without salary from past 8 to 9 months on site

Pathetic environment, employees and their seniors have no manners to talk to new employee of the company. The senior management is more senseless and mannerless. Unprofessional staff. Females are so unprofessional and senseless, never pay attention for client query infact they make fun of a client for any matter

Some seniors were good and help the juniors to grow but after they know you well or like after 6,7 months of joining

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
