Manager, team leader, and teammates are nice people, work environment is nice, job security is not strong, pay level is good for internal employees, but average for externals such as supplied employees, there is career growth opportunity for internal employees, however, experience is considered for external employees, reasonable training is provided, and team leader is well caring, as a very big institution work is very much classified and an employees holds a small fraction of the whole function. So one has to reach a senior level to understand the overall function and network. Work life balance is very good. There is opportunity if one wants to contribute any innovative idea.

Dislikes

The bank doesnot accept a supplied employee continue more than a year. For internal employees, they are also in the gunpoint of getting fired. The bank is too hard working for branch personnel.
