Few days in a week work from home

It's a good place to work for employees but terrible place for contractors! Even during pandemic where every other organization made some consideration towards its employees TD did not. They gave courtesy $500 every month to its employees coming to office during COVID, reimbursement for office equipment and $100 for internet for work from home, but nothing to contractors. They made us come to work during covid but no courtesy payment for us, or any other reimbursements! Even when 2 full time positions were available, they hired externally but did not give that opportunity to existing contractors who worked with them for a year and there work was also acknowledged by the Manager. When asked we were told that "aren't you happy we extended your contract, things are bad out there during covid and we don't want you to lose your job. We could have let you go and hired another contractor.." in short took advantage of the pandemic situation that we can't go anywhere no matter how unfairly we are treated. It just kills your moral when you have worked well, given good performance and then told this. They simply chose convenience over fairness, it was more convenient for them to keep existing contractors than to go through the trouble of hiring new ones and training them all over again and bring them up to our performance! Team and Management is good, but overall UNFAIR!

Despite being a commercial bank, TD has a lively workplace culture which makes it an incredibly fun place to work at

Some of the company's processes are in need of an upgrade which is already underway.
