They are only big name just because it's old and tata company. But it's management is very poor. They have not given me my night shift allowance of 15 days even after I have left the tcs. They just done work with help of me not given me my night shift allowance.They are fraud. Cheap behaviour by mangers.

First for Developer training, job: developer, salary:30000to60000,I agree for traveling.

Competition is growth is fast. The work pressure high.i have work for 20 to 30 hours and day to day attend the client ,I managed the individual, unique suggestions any time.

Don't like anything offices have spacious working desk and some chairs are good

List is too long but I'll short with career progression in terms of salary, you'll get additional responsibilities daily but no compensation. No facilities for employees in office

- Plenty of resources to learn from. Talent development team is actively encouraging employees to learn new tech which is very good. - People are amazing and kind. I liked everyone there. - You will get amazing role only if you are lucky. Mostly you'll get something that you don't like (for freshers ) and you can't change the role. Read cons to know why. - Great place to start career and settle at later stage of your life. Not an ideal place for in-between.

So the environment is uninspiring. - insignificant salary hike ( It doesn't beat inflation) - Takes longer time to get promoted (usually multiples of 4 years ). Your worth is measured in terms of number of years of experience only. - No support team follows proper process though they have it on paper. They'll waste your time for everything, even after leaving the company.
