Tata's lost its touch? TCS ain't what it used to be :-(
Tata is not the same after Sir Ratan Tata! TCS used to really look after its employees, even when they were on the bench. Now, things have changed and it's disappointing.

Increment percentages are often perceived as modest. 2. Limited Growth for Niche Skills: Some employees express concerns about the lack of opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies or niche skills due to the nature of the projects. 3. Skill Utilization: Employees sometimes report being allocated to roles or projects that do not match their skill set, leading to stagnation or lack of job satisfaction. 7. Training Quality: While TCS offers extensive training programs, some employees feel these are too generic or insufficiently aligned with the latest industry trends. These issues aren't universal and vary greatly depending on the individual, the team, and the project. Many employees also appreciate TCS's job stability, reputation, and learning opportunities.

Before anyone reading this once again i have to mention everything depends on the project. 1. Work culture 2. Managers are toxic and they treat you badly 3. There is no use of having certain skills and not using it practically 4. They don't respect the skills set you are having 5. There is very less hike for BPS tag. 6. If you ever moved to bench, While attending project interview. Don't trust managers whatever they say and don't give approval to mail easily by trusting manager information. 7. HR works for the company and manager. Don't trust HR. To be specific TCS HRs are joke. 8. Most of the manager and leads are not actually trained just because they stay longer in same company and they get promoted. They don't really manage the team well
