Stagnant task, nothing new to learn. Career point of view it may add a brand value to your name but eventually you will have no improvement in your resume technically.

As an Experience Professional (EP) candidates their will be no hike until next one year although you have worked hard and given best performance. You will be become eligible for appraisal that too ranges from 3-10% for 3,4,5(best) rating. So nearly 2 years no hike

Respect are not getting from any rmg in TCS , they are behaving with us like we are some kind of dogs TCS is expanding its offices more in kolkata, kochi , kerala , vishakapatnam but not providing increament and compensation to employees . We are doing work but not satisfied , but they are saying TCS has not get profit this time how then they are expanding its campuses without money these reasons are given to employees .
