... 10 in the night. If opposed, they say that as a fresher you should be flexible. When asked about over time pay, they say systems are currently not in place. So you're basically made to 'labour'. Absolutely no reason to join here.

As TCS employee you absolutely get no perks. The hikes are so meagre that it barely beats India's inflation. The promotion policy is pointless that. Being able to change your project is next to impossible. You get frustrated very easily because of the team's meaningless requirements. All of this is clearly understood by the most recent attrition rate. A whole lot of 40,000 employees resigned from the company between July 2020 to July 2021. Because of work-from-home setup you are absolutely required to work 24/7. I am a fresher of 4 months and I am already made(forced) to work until 3am few days with no benefits. It is horrible. Please think before you move in.

The working culture of highly seniors like 12-15 years of experience candidates are still same on current time. They didn't teach the newly freshers candidates how to contribute,they just put work pressure on them (most of the managers doing the same on freasher).

The salary policy , project allocation systems, and also the managers. The working Hours are horrible like ,for me Iam working on morning 6 am to evening 7pm and still my managers shouting at me for the issues I am not able to solve because it a new thing for me and my skills doesn't match to the project requirements, so, I am struggling.

Salary is too low...no hikes...you have to always plead to your senior for everything...manager is not supporting....asking to come 5days no holidays and Ahmedabad branch is worst.... people are too rude ...talking in regional language...even they don't give permission to go home... it's too far from my hometown after joining I went home only one time...if you are sick still they don't give permission to go home even not in emergency case...they are only prioritising to rostering and office infrastructure.

... for if you are thinking about work life balance and Job security it is good to go but don't take the salary point of view 😢.

Salary will be low even if you worked here for 4 years also your salary will still under 5 LPA which is very less in IT sector.
