The salary is good enough and job security is good

Dislikes

They are more data centric and avoid looking after their employees. They offer growth but it's not explained how it works. I got promoted to a Unit Manager but they have not given it on paper not they have increased my salary . So doing a job with higher responsibility but being paid as a agent.

I do not like anything about TCS it's been 2 months my salary is on hold because of an HR mistake. And TCs still say that there are many approval required

TCS is really good company to join but only after you get experience. Starting as a fresher is not so good as you will end up in support positions and same work everyday. So my suggestion is if you have other offers as a fresher go for it and come back here once you get good experience. If you dont have any other offers in hand then you can join but try to get into technical roles as for it you will get. Also there are many things to learn here as they give you access to plenty of learning platforms so make full use of it. Try to do as many certifications as you can. I started here as a fresher and my experience was really good.

Salary hikes are very less compare to other IT comapnies. Rest everything is good.

TCS provides excellent Employee medical policies. You can guarantee job security as well.

Even after good appraisal ratings, we dont get good hike in salary. Promotion cycle has lot many concerns involved.

...t go for it. You will never neglect to be a tcser. Job security is at top level. Yes salary is less comparing to another organization's but once you are in tcs you will get thousands good offers til that you can enjoy your life with tcs.

All people's are good there. Just only thing I disliked is you will not get the location you want at first priority and also the project. They will allocate you according to there needs.
