Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Supervisors are good. Excellent learning opportunities and I am given free hand to implement some of my learnings which doesn’t happen much.

Dislikes

Policy inconsistency. What they announce is not what actually happens. You wouldn’t know when you will receive annual compensation / promotions letter. Changing the promotion policy and no effort to mark your ctc to industry standards. They have programs to get somewhat industry standard CTC but that program had became too opaque and no info is passed down.

Job security, good work life balance(most of the time), plenty of projects.

Dislikes

...rarchy. Since the company is big, it struggle to manage employee in a right way. Salary is too too low compared to market standards. It is very tough to get project in latest technology. Like a life, all things such as good team, promotion is based on luck.

They just like to ruin the people career. Bfsi unit, the whole unit is a syndicated they dont let the people move ahead in their careers. HR, RMG, The whole management is a part of this and they have only one work to ruin the career path of any individual also the HR's are the people here who don't have ethics but they talk about it.

I don't need to worry about growth or carrier because they make you forget everything. Doesn't matter which technology or experience you they put you in project they need. Yours concern doesn't matter as told by one of RMG HR.

Dislikes

They ask you to join less salary than what you are getting in current company. They tell lies about profile and make you join. Once you joined that's. You can't come out or stay in. As one of RMG HR told resource concern doesn't matter. They won't respond to you. They mentioned general shift before joining so I left previous company but now they are asking work in shifts! Horrible really I have no words for TCS
