Good Option to begin your career as executive if you are ok with salary of rs 11000-15000 per month. Rest is the same as everywhere In uttar pradesh ( excluding ncr), you can not earn more than 25000 per month . Except it or not .

Waste company no salary hike no bonus and nothing no growth..no respect to employees from management. Same treatment to freshers and experienced employees.freshees are hired with higher grades and no growth to the employees who are working for the company from years it's better to quit organisation and to for other companies.

1) A lot of leisure time during working hours. 2) Additional perks over salary like travel and food allowances. 3) less stress and pressure. 4) Fixed offs on public holidays.

Dislikes

1) Long working hours (12-14 hours) with less work. 2) No offs on weekends specially on exam days. Only emergency Leave will be accepted for exam day or we have to plan 15-20 days prior. 3) only 4 week offs a month are there for staffs which need to adjusted according to exams schedule. 4) disputes over petty issues like fooding and manpower management. 5) Lots of unnecessary security restrictions ( due to exam project )which are of no use and sometimes these restrictions hampers the working of staff. 6) Rapid changes in company's policies which often create confusion within staff and creates a havoc situation in centers.
