There is nothing to be liked about this showroom.

The owner of the Showroom once asked inappropriate questions to one of my colleagues. It is not at all a right place for female employees. The HR of the company is atrocious and toxic. She is treacherous. She is double faced. They underpay their employees. There is not a single good thing about the company/ showroom. A few days ago a sting operation was happened in their showroom by one of the reporters of Zee news where he exposed the scam that's going on there regarding the black money that they ask from potential customers for buying new cars to deliver the car at the earliest. Everyone should know about the dark side of this showroom.

Nothing significant. Only one point to mention that paper process is very strict and strong. Sometime you feel suffocated while implementing such deep / tiring processes.

Dislikes

Management should have some ambition and future plans to expand the service network. Employees should be encourage to taking charge and responsibilities, They should be allowed to take decisions of their own. Owners of the company alone can not run the show.
