Good mentor but bad political work culture some senior waste of time the manager is the dumbest person I have ever seen

No salary upraisal instant layoff I have seen they layedoff 10 developers with a day ,no client just scam the owner is worst always barking things about American culture

The only thing I liked is Cab facilities and food they offer that’s it.

No work Culture, Favouritism, No appreciations for your work, Management is bias, Even they are not concerned about their employees.

IT's there approach to allow the junior professionals to make them move to the senior position in no less time,also gives exposure to international projects in early age of career.Give you confidence to work on international projects.

Dislikes

Politicking by internal staff from other small projects.The owner should keep a good ear to listen to all the aspects of a personnel he is going to fire.The Client should also not fire the efficiently working professional without any proper reason.Also instead of accolade the person should be properly rewarded by monetary goals as done in big companies like TCS,Infosys etc...

tCognition has provides a great platform to freshers and to those who have 2-3 years of experience. Its gives the opportunity to candidates who resides in nearby areas of Kolhapur and Sindhudurga district

Dislikes

With 14+ years in market, tCognition should have been atleast CMM4 level company and should have focused on acquiring more clients for employees and Company's growth, which I beleive is somewhat ignored by relying on existing clients.
