Definitely I would say, I had a very good experience in this company. I had enjoyed each and every moment working here. Getting work life balance after completion of Civil Engineering is one of the rare of it's kinds. But this company made this possible.

Dislikes

Salary structure is the only one thing which this firm to be focused. I love this firm, but my salary is not enough to sustain in a city like Bangalore.

The company is mainly working with oil and gas field, so job security is depends on the projects and crude price in the market. positive work culture and supportive management, company policy is good and supportive to employees. Good relation with my boss, especially he was caring me as a younger brother as well as a friend and serious in jobs. so never I feel my job is bored.

... in Tecnicas, I left due to Covid issue, still my manager keep in touch with me. recently I joined in another company which is providing more salary better than Tecnicas .

Job security is high, salary and appraisal.. It's a secured job for permanent employees.

Dislikes

Politics. For women employees, there is no safe at all, some male dominations, ego, partiality, discriminatory, personal, physical, psychological harassment will be there... If you complaint also, company still they didn't take any action.. They will consider to change department in your similar field but their also you will face the same things.

1. Higher politics between nationalities from management to the professionals. 2. No career advancement was found among other nationalities compared to company home employees. 3. On site behavioural attitudes found poor from HR section. 4. Managerial involvement for quality found less during planning & control phase of project. So high work stress. 5. Unprofessional personnel in logistics and safety shows no good behavioural attitudes during working hours. 6. Lesser evaluation for the company managerial skills to get it improved. 7. Lesser involvement of quality in project initiation/design stage which was affected throughout the project.

Missing training for employee as engineers and inspector or supervisor for devlopping the carre of worker and improve the quality
