Manager is good and supportive.

...work only for 2 years . After 2 years everyone go for cooling period (3 months). In cooling period they doesn't provide any salary. They didn't informed me before joined the TCL company. So in that case 3 months no work no pay. After 3 months I am again eligible for a new employee and can go for an interview again, its may be same post or if any other post is vacant. Its so ridiculous policy.

The team management is not good here, people here don't get salary, they are useless. The team leader here has no manners, nor does the senior team. Worthless TL are here.

...location is terrible. TCL is not able to manage its business in India currently. Various cost cutting measures have been implemented starting from unavailable bathroom tissue papers to travel to achievement incentives, everything you can imagine. Upper management sets unrealistic expectations/targets and expects to achieve it. No marketing budget, no expenditure on promoting its product line-up, cannot understand how customers will be aware. Products is good, service is not up to the mark, but it is getting better.

No organizational etiquette, P*litics, Regional bais, No appraisal working for 2 years, No salary hike for last 2 years, LOWER HIERARCHY gets huge humiliat*on in v*lgar language from their team heads....

...agement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
