There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is very low career growth is slow. They can take resignation without any reason . On the job training is not given to new joinees.

No work life balance. No skill development and learning. Poor infrastructure. Bad work environment. Poor and worthless colleagues. Late promotion. Less increment.

I mostly like work experience and my team members at tci. Because, HOD's and management also very nice and kind people. Office timings, weekends, team meating, team outings, holidays and leaves every thing is so good

Promotions and salary increments are not much good

Thank you. The main reason for liking me is also that in this era of unemployment, where it is very difficult to get a job, TCI gives jobs, it is a big deal.

Dislike The reason for doing this is the salary is not good, there is no life security and the job location at a far away from home is some of the main reasons.
