The working culture of TCI XPS is awesome.. seniors are so helpful and they teach in every level there is no work pressure like other companies because targets are easily achived.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Company main focus in customer satisfaction and we are excellent in that, salary is very good in this company but I think for metro cities it should be bit more. Our company MD give us our own space to work and in every situation he stands for his employees . His vision for the company future is such an inspiration for all the employees.

For metro cities the salary must be bit more then the others.

Teammates are good but what they spoke on training is totally different, salary is less but expense is more in metro city, there is parcialty inside the organisation. And it's not at all security of work life

It is a very good place to learn new things, very good exposure of all the departments. The work-life balance is also good. Very bright future working in the company.

...th rm . Rm waste person doesn't know proper English and always speaks in hindi . They are giving very low salary for employees and with high work pressure . No proper formal training Only hindi .....no other language for communication. Rm backing some unnecessary employee in sales dept .
