Nothing, a pathetic, pathetic place to work at. The 'CEO' was an idiotic man whose only need in life was for people to respect him by calling him 'sir.'

Threatening employees that if they do something wrong by mistake he will not pay them. Just an absolute toxic place to work. Would not recommend,

...fits. Good Job Security, infact people who left in past are trying to join back. Salary is always on time and transparent method of Appraisal. Respect and trust everyone.

Dislikes

Respect and trust everyone because of which lot of people took undue advantage and still talk negative about company. Last year company gave ₹ 40,000/- worth of Diwali gift but still cribbed about the same, in my career I have never seen any media company giving gift to such an extent.

TCG Media has a fine work culture, though the team size is average but colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable. Provides opportunity to the freshers, as a result, I was hired, since then I have been learning a lot.

Dislikes

Though everything is fine but working weekends are a mood off.

Nothing. A disaster of a decision to take up their offer.

Dislikes

Everything from work culture, lack of editorial knowledge, shady and highly low (not to forget refurbished) content, not missing any chance to humiliate, insult and bad mouth the employees on a regular basis, lack of documental procedure, false allegations to use as an excuse to terminate an employee; the list is endless.

Likes

Team is co-operative. Work culture is fine, Management takes care of employee satisfaction. Team get-togethers are not so frequent but are enjoyable. All in all it's a good company to work with.

Dislikes

Saturdays are working otherwise everything is fine.
