TCG Media has a fine work culture, though the team size is average but colleagues are helpful and knowledgeable. Provides opportunity to the freshers, as a result, I was hired, since then I have been learning a lot.

Dislikes

Though everything is fine but working weekends are a mood off.

Proactive and prudent in terms of working. Work culture is pretty fine, great place to work to establish skills and grow as well. Few years back, referred someone, though she was a fresher but now she is polished and working exceptionally fine with them. Has a lot to offer in terms of diverse opportunities.

Dislikes

No dress code, sometime people come like they are straight coming out of their bed. May have to stretch working hours once in a while if needed.

Team is co-operative. Work culture is fine, Management takes care of employee satisfaction. Team get-togethers are not so frequent but are enjoyable. All in all it's a good company to work with.

The company is open to genuine ideas and creativity in work. I love working here due to the freedom they give. Deadlines are always a part of work culture but no one here keeps calling to finish it on time, hence, you can dedicate your quality time to fulfill your job responsibilities.
