The only likeable thing about this company is that on job work pressure is moderate.

Dislikes

This company doesn’t have designation wise pay slab and salary doesn’t get revised upon promotion, also senior members and managers ask you to come to work at odd shift timings that creates work-personal life imbalance and they don’t give a damn about this!

Good work life balance, too much friendly work environment and co employees are beautiful.TCG is like my second home for last 14 years. I got my family working over here.

Dislikes

Salary package of TCG is very much poor. For 14 years experience Analytical Senior Research Scientist they provide only 7.2 lakh annual package which is very hard to stay over in Kolkata with family which is a A1 metro city of India. Some of analytical department Chromatography department manager is just withdrawing his monthly salary without taking any serious work responsibility and his department team members well-being. Not a single scientific problem solving guidance related direct to the work not given by him to his department for last 10 years.

Working environment is excellent. Seniors are extraordinarily helpful.. Helps juniors to learn things, set skills and build up knowledge.

Dislikes

Salary of the employees is not at per of their expertise and level of efficiency.

Based on 15 yrs experience at TCG, it is a great place to work. Here job is more secure compare to other CRO company. Work culture is average at TCG. People is co-operative here. Facilities like health Insurance is very good.

Dislikes

I dislike about poor Management, not maintain Safety properly, poor salary structure. People are very much frustrated here about salary. At TCG we are facing great politics.

Fantastic work culture here, colleuges are very much helpful and supportive. Management is transparent, but appraisal/ salary hike not satisfactory. If someone has good learning attitude, he can. The senior members always deliver some advice to do a job smoothly. There is a good job security definitely which I like most. In covid pandemic they gave full month salary as well as appraisal. But there are some huge work load for few months depending upon project and time limit. Overall good work Life balance.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not so good. 1-2 experienced Chemist get low salary generally. For getting handsome salary from here , one need to do hardwork for more than 6-7 years.
