1. Meagre Salary below par the industry standard. 2. Pathetic HR department. 3. Unnecessary Micro management. 4. Stark difference in salary of Junior management and Senior management. 5. Illogical and absurd orthodox policies. 6. Unnecessary Drama 7. Pathetic increment 8. No overtime pay
