No work ethics Just a distributor company literally nothing manufacturing apart from one voltage detector assembling. That also design copied from someone. No one can rectify if something goes wrong. Managers are not graduates just fooling management with fake target commitments. Travel like hell Everyone treated like sales person with target. If something goes at customer end it is just engineer mistake. R&D people doesn’t even know what it actually means Good place to learn nothing and destroy career and time. Good place to destroy both mental and physical health. To work here 10th fail is enough just need to be crooked. Management only wants money and profit doesn’t know how to run a business. North region employ has to travel to south south region employ has to travel to north. All together please don’t join this organisation. All the good ratings here are fake, done by HR of different times. No HR stays more than a year.

If you are extending at work,management doesn't care about that. 2) salary satisfaction is zero. 3) Work satisfaction is zero. 4) Manager has zero technical knowledge that's why he can not help in any technical work. He gives deadlines to director and clients without discussing with team. He can not manage team of 4 people. As being freshers many times we request him that our team needs a technical lead,but he is not hiring/director is not hiring. 5) Manager doesn't convey our concerns to the director. If we speak in front of director then he scolds very badly. 6) Manager is a torcher. 7) There are no proper equipments in the RnD lab not even SMD soldering workstation. So we cant not test product and develop it properly but still manager wants output.8) He always buy components which are locally available. so many of the times components are damaged.
