Management can change their decisions anyday and anytime and work according to their own whims and facies. Appraisal was carried out once after 5 years.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are not supportive and the management is transparent. There is No increment on every year, no performance even Company committed at the time of hiring, not Stability now.

Due to high politics, increments are only for buttering/flattery persons, there is no value for work hard.

The culture of the company is very good. There is no much of politics and the people are very friendly and helpful. Every occasion is celebrated with enthusiasm. Liked to work with such culture.

There no increment since last 3 years. No Growth given as the review. Company policy is different than other companies. It is said that the increment is on merit but the decision of your merit is decided as the good relationship you have with decision maker.

The first private mutual fund in India, since 1996, any employee while resign, join better prospectus and happily leave, working culture, company management , company policies excellent, kra, women safety in main priority.
