The people around are supportive and cooperative. Boss has a good feel interms of employee management limited to his control

Lacks policies which is a basic of every company Lacks fixed date of salary . As per commitment salary is to be credited by 10th of every mo.th but I drew it with in delated a span of 25th to 30th of every month.

That was one type good company. Because the company was working for needy children. That was the best thing tatwa (UNICEF process )

Dislikes

The work pressure was high. ND we were not getting the salary on time. Managers behavior was not good. That was the worst part of our job. Etc etc

One of the best disgusting company at Sector 5.Trainer and Quality relationship is very closed,always running politics, the so called trainer is not knowing the product knowledge, he had no idea about his work, always rudely behave his associates, totally rubbish. Atmosphere is very very bad.So dont waste your time. Very very bad experience. The so called TATWA.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address the associates issues. Management is so boring.
