...r professional development. Pathetic Appraisals: The appraisal system is a joke. Instead of rewarding hard work and dedication, they offer a meager fractional increase in salary that doesn't even come close to industry standards. This shows how little they value their employees. Lack of Direction: The company operates without any clear strategy or direction. Projects are mismanaged, and there is a constant sense of chaos and confusion. This makes it impossible to work efficiently or feel any sense of accomplishment.

Very good for freshers who wants to learn new methods, technology and are keen to start their career with right knowledge

Dislikes

Very Stingy when comes to Variable Pay Policy and also not giving work-life balance to senior resources. Cannot expect much from stakeholders and management if your personality is dogmatic and have strong opinions

...tal health, physical health and financial health go ahead and join this company. It's a full package. There is no vision, stability or policies in this company. High on drama, power grabbing politics and scheming it's like a washed up daily soap. The current MIS team are cheap, unskilled and a bunch of bullies and the owner brothers let this culture continue because they get gossip and want to keep personal relations. There are no HR policies. Just a bunch of big phonies and their biggest work is to gossip around.tl The current HR head is weak in concepts and manipulative. The bonus got delayed post committed date because the owners were on vacation. Heights of mismanagement and lack of time management. The owners just get up in the morning and fire anyone for their whim or any stupid reason without even giving their due compensation as per law or their arrears or their bonuses. They are so inhumans that they even cut insurance premiums when employees leave early. There is just micromanaging, power play and bullying without a vision or process in this company so pls don't go there.

It's a good company, Good pay and perks, good to place to explore and learn. Appraisals are good.

Dislikes

Resuming offices during lockdown period. Working hrs log assesment method is not something to appreciate, needs to be flexible on that part. Identifying useful resources and promoting them timely, company should focus on that.

The company culture isn't good. You need to always be in the good books of upper management and your colleagues or else the job security is bad. They are more focused towards achieving sales target irrespective whether the product is relevant for the client or not.
