They show you a whole different phase as a new joiner but when u start working and if accidentally the principal finds you better than her than she just removes you. The management is blind and has no self respect. Till date the worst school along with the a horrible work experience. There is this one platform they use to note down each and every personal detail of a child and his/her family e.g who’s father/mother is separated or who’s parents are not giving time to their children all these personal details are handled by the management and the teachers in the know your child file, pathetic and disgusting. More than studies there are useless activities and teachers are very unprofessional, unqualified teachers are holding a good position in that school. HOD and COD are not up to the mark as again they are not qualified to hold that position.

Too much of hypocrisy and dictatorship. Teacher's content isn't important. If you're good at creaming the higherups and praise the principal, you're eligible for higher positions. Basically you should be an expert in stitching and bitching.

There’s no job security there and people keep talking about values there but trust me they just talk but they don’t trust anyone and they try to make you very insecure and you know what I didn’t receive my salary and my experience letter. So it’s a terrible place to work.

No job security. They’ll demotivate the employees to a great extent. Trust me You wont be able to recognise or identify in a first instance. Everything looks good but not actually.
