Basically Orientation for new joining are not that effective, no visits to exhibitions are arranged, Bonus is not considered nor distributed, Incentive scheme needs to be Implemented soon

Sometimes procedure got very slow, that dependant work timeline crosses boundary, it's actually should be faster,to take up project very fast,but here it's not like that

Great thing is average age of total project & operation employee is 30 and this company has a huge potential to grow & serve Indian oil market through their energetic young employees.

HR team should be strong enough to support all types of employees and account should clear vendor's payment on time.

Working environment was good,its a Japanese organisation new innovation and lot of learning techniques received from this organisation,teammates are cooperative and very helpful in everytime whenever we faced any trouble in any situation.

Future prospect was not good,work life balance was not secure,appraisal was totally poor after hardworking for this organisation.
