...ement is transparent.there is a huge cafeteri and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good apprasals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. ,🙏

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a bond of 2 yare before which you cannot resign .on the job training in not given to new joinees.

This project bond of 3 years. So complete this pilot project . They did not provide a good training.

Documentation is quite good. Executive director and other senior is very knowledgeable and honest.

...are qualified person in the organization. In tripura the condition is very poor. So I regine from the post without serving notice period without taking last salary. The inhuman staffs are there as senior in tripura they always inspire or pressure you to adjust with corruption or leave the job. Do mental harrassment to leave the job. But higher level (CEO and executive director)and organisation is the best in the india.

The work culture, work hours, work life balance and the management is superb, the entire ecosystem works as a team. This is not some paid review I am actually being honest here, If you get a chance do join the team

After a while, it all comes down to policies by upper management, things may not fall into place, and you will be involved too much in your job without any skill growth. It may take a toll on your mental health
