Work pressure is less.my team every time and encourage for any one dual time one of the most experience in training period.freely work to Japanese person freely explain the all issue.my suggested all ideas implementation and full support to all ideas.this new plant any one material take some stuck up.

Poor work culture, no growth , people are very unprofessional, salary is below market standard, work life balance is also terrible, almost every Sunday they runs operations, no OT or other allowances provided,
