Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

It's been good working in TATA all colleagues are friendly in nature and off are nearby station

It's all good but I been working from last one and half years but there is no increment in salary and in future also no expecting for increment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. We work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, the work pressure is vy high..

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.
