the work pressure is very high. Managers and seniors do not value for freshers salary is not gud if we go through franchise they or not giving u petrol claim....waste company yar i m frausted

Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

It's been good working in TATA all colleagues are friendly in nature and off are nearby station

It's all good but I been working from last one and half years but there is no increment in salary and in future also no expecting for increment.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. We work happily on collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

I also like the employee re-hire police here. so I like do work with Tata team.
