Career growth/path though steady but slow, too much of dependancy of senior management on middle management which tends to overlooks the good work of other employees

The employs of the company are prior regarding salary, incentives, learning and development etc which I like the most about working at Tata Teleservices

The technical support of the company is not as good as it should be which ultimately affects the sales department and hence overall revenue generation adversely.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality product and had a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow

The company is Very Good. Always teach to work with honesty. Transparent culture

Dislikes

...work day and night and complete your task. But in the end, you will get nothing. Very low pay and double work as compared to other companies. I like the Company but the only problem with Finance Department Physopanti. Poor Work-life balance. keep available yourself 24 hours by 7 days.

Zero increment in salary in 10 years but the work responsibilities kept on increasing,,only false verbal appreciation..Management is not at all following Tata Culture
