Very low salary hikes and promotion delayas even after giving 12 years to company a JE could not be promoted forward that a bad thing,Poor work life balace,No accomodation foe new comers, Inapropriate behavaiour of management.

Work culture is not as good as it is in Jamshedpur but good compared to other companies in vicinity. Yearly increment is not good. Work life balance is not so good. Pollution level is high as its a steel industrial zone

Politics is everywhere. Showing off nature. Maintaining public figure by cut down salary of employees. All systems are like hell. No one is going to listen your queries. Just by seeing TATA's name don't go blindly. No facilities, nothing for NOPRs
