Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. Slow growth. For laterals, negotiate your salary well. Don't get trapped in Tata's brand name, as there won't be salary appraisals on entire CTC. Low compensation.
