I work in third party vendor in Tata steel ,salary is too small as comparison to the grade and standard company should give some more benefits directly to the crew working as a joint body

TAT STEEL LTD is a MNS company so many more facilities available there but for that charges will be deducted from your salary.

Dislikes

Here company provide quater but all HRA amount will be deducted from salary.Basic is very low in salary structure. Increament of salary is very very slow.

Compensation and benefits are good. Various outdoor activities inline with TSAF are great way to boost employees morale.

Dislikes

Skill development of employees are not taken care in RM locations. HR person is not clear about her role. There is differentiation in the appraisal of GETs and Laterals. Company accommodation policy is not good, it better for bachelors but in RM locations where people do not have options, accommodation policy is misusing the employees helplessness.

1.lime plant dusty area,dust sensore not work 2.though belt transport lime from lime plant delivery building to sms make lime dust poluting and every day we inhale it.and sir u also know how much lime dust take affect to our body 3.even after talk with sms control room they are not listen on this matter 4.tsl employ have somany igo. 5.take every year money for skill assignment test and medical test 6.due to work load we have not time go for canteen 7.and also in blast furnacecanteen is so far from our side, 8.after stand one hour or 90 munite canteen row we take food 5.sir dont take my name otherwise i face so many dificulty and also lose my duty
