- very low pay scale - very low bonus - company doesn't follow any time line of increment of salary or bonus. - very slow HR department - management doesn't respect extra effort of employees

Heavy corporate politics, nepotism at its peak, benefits are just an illusion, management is highly unprofessional, compensation is industry lowest, CTC is flawed, employees' overall development is zero, and many many more. If you want to develop your skills then you have many platforms. But, you have to learn by yourself as colleagues will not guide you.

...compensation, Partiality between campus recruit and other joinee are too high. In hand salary is too low for e.g if your CTC is 35000 per month then you will get 24000 in hand.
