Salary structure was not good very low pay sacale at here in hand salary was the 50% of the actually ctc

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

As all know Tata is big group t is very helpful company for doing smart job but management is not good Yaha RAJA Aor raja banta jata hai Garib aor garib banta jata hai ye system active h .

The company is good but there is Nepotism in promotion and in increment . Diploma person getting more salary than B tech highly experienced person thats why company growths going down .

Worst company...vendor system: Very low salary 15000/months no payment of Sunday leave ..canteen facility is poisonous..parking is 2 km away from plant ..

Worst company. Ratan tata is a very mastermind, fraud type person

...large amount pay for launch . Work culture is not good , not any satisfaction . Salary comes very little in hand . Doing extra hours duty with 6 days working .
