Practical follow ups and considerations for bottommost level, Nothing is free, Attractive CTC but lowest in-hand salary, Canteen facility and wallet of food, Transport facility as per MNC level.

Tata think that ,the college from where they hired student only here in B.tech engineering subjects are teaches to the students in other colleges Tata think in B.tech except engineering subjects other subjects like history, geography, seismology teaches to the students.

Job security is there, but no growth in career available. Management syatem is very poor, Upper level management are unaware of the real time ground situation

Upper management is very poor and salary structure is fully biased.

poor management, slow career growth, low salary increases, extended working hours during peak periods, a perceived lack of investment in employee development, outdated HR practices, and concerns about job security due to potential plant shutdowns or restructuring.

Likes

The pay structure is still good for freshers and employee related benefits are good. However, i have worked only in Tata Steel and hence not aware about the benefits which other companies provide.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are limited. Extreme bureaucracy and things move really slow.
