Higher Management is easily accessible,atleast from what I have seen and encountered.
Salary compensation, it's worst. The CTC they give are bloated to the top
Appraisal is very minimal, even if the rating is high
You can find people with a very orthodox mentality, so gelling up becomes difficult, especially if you had to work with them.
HR policies are good enough, but HRs are/acts(?) very dumb sometimes even after qualifying from top grade B-schools.

Work culture is very very bad, boss treates like slave. Department politics & favorism, promotion and increments depends on your personal behavior with boss not on your education & experience. Degree is nothing here it is just a piece of paper. In such condition people can not perform
Never join this company , and donot get confused with TATASTEEL.This company is only a subsidary of TATASTEEL.It has no image of its own.Lot of politic , in name of regional and state feeling.Senior leadership is only intrested in their own growth.
