-slow growth of salary whether u r average or putting extra effort the salary increment is less than 3% yearly on basic

...mates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals adw fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

As all know Tata is big group t is very helpful company for doing smart job but management is not good Yaha RAJA Aor raja banta jata hai Garib aor garib banta jata hai ye system active h .

The company is good but there is Nepotism in promotion and in increment . Diploma person getting more salary than B tech highly experienced person thats why company growths going down .
