...Red Tapism and favouritism instead of performance based growth and promotions 3) very less benefits and compensation as compared to industry standards 4) Poor culture The company has a very high attrition rate with very high indifference from higher management. The HR is ineffective

Job security is Good , Working culture is not up to mark as in tata steel because of old management system management need to change. Company Policies is different for different employee it is not same for all the employees.

...(Engineer) which were in Bhushan steel and the new employee of the company (M.E.T) they are given special treatment like salary and others.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
