Job security is Good , Working culture is not up to mark as in tata steel because of old management system management need to change. Company Policies is different for different employee it is not same for all the employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I got a call for an interview where they told me they have a budget of 14lac initially I agreed to get call for an interview I also got selected 3 days ago they call me asking for my salary expectations I told them 15.5 lac (10% increment in my existing salary) they told me they will talk to their manager and get me back by next day but even after 2 days I didn't heard from them what should I do?
