...ed person, they are all like freshers and diploma holders are treated like dogs. Here even after resignation employee have to wait for 6months minimum for relieving letter and his full n final salary. Also his salary bonus all would be held. That employee have to die to recover this. Please don't join and leave if you dont have money to survive.

So much opportunities available to improvements in work culture, compensation & benefits, carrier growth and opportunities etc. Because before aqusition by Tata it was known as bhushan steel limited and its had worst policy for employee. Now improvements of all these area are in initial stage. Tata steel bsl is working continuously on all area. Now we wish ours future will be great ahead. Thank you🤘🤘

As of now there is nothing which I can like. JOIN TATA GROUP ANY COMPANY ONLY IF YOU ARE RECRUITED FROM CAMPUS, ELSE YOUR LIFE AND GROWTH WILL BE FINISHED. ONLY JOIN WHEN YOU GET OFFER IN JOBBAND IL6 AND ABOVE.

Partiality between campus recruit and other even though job profile is same. Salary are much less for same work and responsibilities.

New technologies, Huge scope to learn and skill development but by yourself.

... learning something they will engage you in shit work. Politics are too high. Pay is much less but workload is too high. No housing facility. Management is worst than dacoits, no one will respond to your problems. They will talk about ethics, employee assistance but when you ask for assistance no response from management. My HOD is like shit, he treats well only to those who are in his syndicate and treats other as a hell. Politics and only politics, Do not trust anyone. People to show themselves as more productive they will bad mouth about you to manger and HOD. I SUGGEST COME HERE TO LEARN AND DEVELOP SKILL AND LEAVE PLANT WITHIN 3 YEARS. You have to do A shift after B shift and B shift after C shift many times, in these cases you will hardly get sleep of 3 hours. They will not give leave throughout year and when years comes to end they will say to take that much leave which will lapse at the end of year.

...ou will not be aware of that. Their attitude and ego is as high as IAS officers. They will add your bonus amount to CTC and provide your ctc structure in informal format and it will vary in your appointment letter so please do recheck and negotiate again
