*SALARY STRUCTURE IS NOT GOOD. **QUATER ROOM NOT PROVIDED BY COMPANY. **PARENTS ARE NOT INCLUDING IN MEDICAL FACILITIES. ** YEARLY INCREMENT IS VERY POOR. **NO NIGHT DUTY ALLOWENCE PROVIDED! **DRINKING WATER QUALITY IS NOT HEALTHY. **MOST OF BATHROOM AND LATRENE ARE NOT CLEAN. ** NOT GETTING ANY TOUR ALLOWENCE. ** CANTEEN PRICE RATE IS HIGH.

1.Salary structure is very poor in officer/Sr.officer post that will affect your personal and family life. only bachelor can survive in that salary. 2.No accommodation/House provided as Tata steel and other tata group are being provided and HRA is very less . 3.Career growth is very slow, After working more than 8 years you will be in the post untill and unless there is any vacancy in your upper level post. If there is no any vacant post in higher lvl ..you will be in the same post. 3. Performance Management system Review should be better and fair. 4.There is lot of politics in the department which will affect during appraisal time.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Now a days job security becomes worst. late working hours. Salary hike will be on basic..so you get chiller on hike.Promotion :- Too slow. Facilities cutting started.Location worst. Never come to Join Kalinganagar location.
