Same company in different locations have different policies and salary structure. Tata steel gives facilities only for employees in Jamshedpur and Kalinga nagar location. Very poor management, they don't care about their employees, work-life balance.

I like most of working culture and developed beliefs for job security as well as good for work life balance.

Salary and promotion unexpected positively for SBD level employees and facilities need to improve.

Never join this Company as a dioloma holder.

Salary is very-very low. Yearly Increment is almost negligible. NO medical Facility. No Canteen facility. No Company acomodation in affordable rate.... Many more problem are there..

Tata steel hold some part of its ethics, other wise it has became like any other pvt player in market

Currently company loosing it's charm which used to be 10 year ago. Compensation is also reduced in terms of market avg among many.

Many people whose salary is very low but not pay revised till now.This salary structure is not acceptable in this company. Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar site rules are very good, but Meramandali site rule is very bad.kindly look into this matter.
