Partial behavior and politics in organization also groupism on its peak. Appreciating buttering behavior only. All the work is only to show off. Senior management is getting worst day by day. You can only survive if you have a influential GODFATHER within company.

Company culture and work professionally and do care of their employee always in any circumstances if that's not the zero tolerance issue. Team is very good all management team are good. Work environment is very friendly and supportive work life balance properly

The only things is salary yearly appraisal is not that good as per the brand name specially for the internal promoted employee. Salary should be increase because after all at last everyone work for salary. Night shift is little problem.

... support staff is involved in corrupt mall practice from senior to junior level. These guys are busy making money apart from salary. Most of the consultants are providing cuts to the team members.
