...le who are close or who knows higher officials will have faster growth than you. You wont be paid for overtime at all, pay is not good compared to competitors.

Company culture is good. You get 2 days off weekly. They call you partner. Single duty meal provided. You will get coffee. Good option for womens.

Dislikes

... and blackmail with that saying they can easily terminate you because of that. No promotion or salary hike on merit. No accomodation assistance. They say treat the customer well and the same people say that sell the drinks as they say. Not an evident incentive received. Too much tiring job, no freedom of personality as in global Starbucks. Try gossipping then you can grow in Tata Starbucks. 9 hours on documents they make you work for 10+ hours and refuse to give the OT.

Currentlly total focus on copy of other brand launces like food ( Copy of Third Wave ) Totally changed what he promice & What he have given to their partner , Cost cutting !

Bangalore is high in Politics. Yelahanka RMZ Galleria & Kempegowda Airport Store Managers can harass any girl working Partners, And if SSV complain to District Manager, They just hide issues. Take revenge with juniors by not promoting & no appraisals.

Swiggy boy make more money than Starbucks Partners. I went to interview with other company, Operational Manager & HR laugh on Starbucks salary of SSV. They were paying more to Office boy/peon in their office.
