...anger. I had one This is one company of Tata's where everything is at its worst. Company is at huge loss and hence, they are cutting Manpower

Dislikes

Worst experience with the company. They don't provide you with learning. No support from the Top Management. If you work Ethically, u will be sent out ( PIP ). Entire company's Sales team and distributors are working in unethical means to achieve Targets. So, if you work ethically, u will be odd one out and ultimately, your performance will dip and they won't provide you with the time to improve your performance and hence you will be put in PIP. Glad I left soon.

Boot lickers can only survive in this company full of employees here since 1000 BC and are going to stay here till the company drowns Do NOT JOIN this Company ! I REPEAT DO NOT JOIN CULTURE IS TOXIC , ONLY SHOW OFF PEOPLE WHO DO NO WORK SURVIVE HERE. DATA FUDGING IS A NORM IN THIS COMPANY. CEO IN FAVOUR OF LEAVES / NO WORK ON SAT SUNDAY. Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
